DINESH VORA

Talk before tale becomes truth.

A wife started talking to close colleague at work, "You know my husband came home, then ate his dinner peacefully and pleasantly, walked to the bed with a heavy stomach and fell asleep sound in a couple of minutes. I enjoyed my time watching romantic TV shows with earphones plugged."

Same time her husband was narrating to his friend:

"I came home tired from work, dinner was spread out on the table, I gobbled up good preparation, then jumped and started snoring in the bed in a couple minutes in a peaceful night. Life is good man."

Then colleague wife responded "My husband came home smiling, took me out to a romantic candlelight dinner, then we walked for an hour in a lighted and musical downtown, and we came home. He lit a few candles around the house like a deewali, then we gossiped for an hour, and then you know we went to a romantic night in the bed."

At same time husband colleague responded, " You are lucky, for me I came home, there was nothing on the dining table as electricity was shut off for lack of my bill payment.  So I took my wife out for a dinner at a fast food outlet I felt was expensive. Money for cab was lacking in my pocket so we walked for an hour to home. Without electricity I lighted candles all over as if it was festivity. I was highly tensed and could not fall asleep while wife was blabbering my faults. I am tired as hell now."
